The origin of its coordinate system is located at the Earth’s center of mass, with the Z-axis pointing towards the Geodetic Earth Pole (CTP) defined by the International Time Bureau (BIH) 1984.0 reference epoch, the X-axis pointing towards the intersection of the Greenwich Prime Meridian (BIH 1984.0) and the CTP Equator, and the Y-axis following the right-hand rule.
